The Dirty Dozen

I've been reading a lot about organic foods lately. Cohen eats about 95% organic solids. Mark and I eat about 10% organic.

There are some organic foods that are hard to find or way too expensive. So, here is a list of fruits and veggies that top the list for their pesticide load.

10. Pears
11. Spinach
12. Potatoes

Mandy, is it any wonder that we need to pray about everything we eat? Since you have been reading up on the organic tell me this. Is the pesticide absorbed into the fruits and veggies so the whole thing is contaminated or is it primarily the peelings, outer layers, rind..etc?

I would also love to hear how you implement Core into you life as well.

You can e-mail me if better when you have a chance or post it here...whatever is easier.

as i was scrolling down to read this wonderfully uplifting list, i glanced over to the right and noticed that cohen is still 9 months, 1 week, and 1 day old. Is he Peter Pan or did your lily pie ticker stop working??
